Everyone I spoke with from Roof Rangers was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My completed roof looks awesome ✨and the trim that I was able to get done looks fantastic (so much better than rotting wood!) My experience with Roof Rangers was overall very positive. We had a tree fall on the side of our house and decided to go with Roof Rangers for the repair based on their previous reviews and responsiveness to initial phone calls. The only area of concern during our time working with Roof Rangers was the salesman/advisor Brian, who came out and assessed the damage and was the first point of contact with the company. Although very nice and pleasant, he was forgetful at times with myself and my wife, needing to remind him of multiple clarifications regarding the insurance assessment, specific monetary amounts, and contract details. When we raised concerns regarding these miscommunications, the owner helped clarify and clearly communicate what we needed to know. We had a great experience with our project manager, Dave, on the day the work was completed. We felt very secure in his diligence with keeping us updated and notifying us of additional damage that was found that needed to be submitted to our insurance company. Going back to the insurance company resulted in us making more contact with the owner, Trey, who was very diligent in following up with answering our questions and assisting with the correct documentation need for the insurance company. Trey was great with continuing to help us after the work was complete when we were still needing help navigating the additional insurance processes. Overall, I would recommend the project manager and ownership to anyone looking for assistance with roof issues. Most importantly, we are very satisfied with the roofing work, metal work, and gutter replacement!

Our roof replacement and siding repair job is just wrapping up with Roof Rangers, and while things didn't always go perfectly smoothly (any repair in the icy conditions we've had was bound to cause some issues), I want to speak to the amazing communication we had throughout the process, specifically with Dave and Allie. Dave did our initial inspection and came back to do a second one with an engineer when our insurance company was going to deny our claim; he got a half roof replacement approved. He was regularly on site checking the work of the team and always reachable by phone or a quick text. He also went the extra mile and had the team fix the vent from our bathroom which was apparently installed upside down and made a flapping sound in the wind that had been driving us crazy since we moved in!! Allie coordinated our contract and scheduling of the repairs and touched base with us regularly to make sure all the correct materials were selected and that we knew when work could get started. She also answered all of my questions along the way, this being the first time I've gone through any of this process (insurance claim, roof replacement. etc.). I really appreciate how reachable and friendly the entire Roof Rangers team has been. It gives me a lot of faith in the work they've done and has made a less than enjoyable process a lot more bearable.
